So last night I fell down & fell out a door.

And somehow from that experience I got these 3 scratches.

Though just let me say that I only fell because someone was carrying me over their shoulder & then he dropped me.

So we dodged out on fhe early tonight & went out for steak.

Today I made the most delicious french toast,

which we ate on heart-shaped plates.

Then we went off to see the Hunger Games,

which I rather loved.

After a lovely dinner of barbecue brisket, roasted vegetables & homemade biscuits,

We broke out the PS3.

And everyone's favorite game was the gladiator one,

where we got to duel with each other.

One day last week I was driving to work

and I noticed this giant Turkey Hill ice cream cow in the Citgo parking lot.

And I knew it would have to be a picture of the day.

I came home from class & found a Lauralee package at my door.

She sent me my most favorite cookies ever.

Two packs!

And a ton of other treasures, like

a candy pipe

moustache bandaids

Needless to say, it was the best package ever.

Today I tried out roasting vegetables for the first time.

I went on a fabulous hike this morning,

covered all the trails Michael & I used to take.

It made me sort of nostalgic.

The weather was ideal.

And I saw wildlife & pretty flowers.

And then we went for Rita's afterward,

and by pure coincidence,

I got a gelati the colors of the Irish flag.

I tried out the new fancy gym at the apartment complex tonight.

I should try doing that way more often.

Paul taught me the one-bite game.

Basically, you take whatever food you have

and try to eat it in one bite.
