The real sadness was how awful the book was.

Especially when it was my pick.

As much as I enjoy the sentiment of this bumper sticker,

the part of me that cares about grammar revolts.

Unless of course the driver hates shoes but insists upon long sleeves.

I got to pay for lunch with this lucky bill.

Lucky me.

It's a wear socks to bed kind of night.

The first of its kind.

I'm not excited about this.

Momma sent me home with lots of presents tonight.

Life just won't be the same without you.

In case you were wanting an update.

Went shopping for 2 pairs of pants.

Came home with 4.

Sounds about right for me.

Two of my stiches came out today.

And by came out, I mean I may have helped them along.

Hopefully I didn't need them anymore.

My goal for October:

Wear a different outfit to work every day of the month.

Nothing like starting out the month with a new pair of pants.
